Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cui Cui Studios! Below is everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Made-to-order items require 2–3 weeks to be crafted before shipping. This extended processing time allows us to carefully produce each piece just for you.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
U.S. Orders:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options available at checkout
International Orders:
- Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.
- Customs delays may occur and are out of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact the shipping carrier first. If they’re unable to help, email us at hello@cuicui.xyz.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please check with your local customs office for more info before ordering.
Shipping Issues or Lost Packages
Cui Cui Studios is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Incorrect addresses submitted at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (fees may apply). We’ll do our best to support you if a package is lost in transit.
